If your looking into buying a mobil home and living in a mobil home park , you will soon find out that MHvillage a subsidiary of Equity Lifestyle Properties most likely owns it

They are masters of misleading you and once your hooked your shit outta luck. You will soom find out that MHvillage properties are under maintained, over priced,and have a ever decreasing anount of amenities. MH Village will tell you that they have a full time manager on site which is not true where I live. When you sign your lease MHvillage staff will present you with a waiver that says you will be responsible for any and all trees on your property that your going to rent. At the same time they will tell you that you cant plant anything in the ground but your responsible for a 30 year old tree you just met. You will have to sign this waiver before you take possession of your home.

You will find that at most parks that their are some seedy people living in what you thought was your retirement community because they pretty much let anyone in even though background checks are required

If your told the MHvillage mobil home park is a 55+ park, you better ask the direct question Is this a 55+ park because it most likely isn’t anymore if it was at one time. Remember earlier when I said their are masters of deceit, well you aint seen nothing yet, but if you really dont want ruin the next few years of your life trying to get out of a MHvillage owned park then I suggest you never move in one.
