MHvillage a division of Equity Lifestyle Properties is now forcing residents to pay for water which has always been included in the base lot rent, and to be fair telling the story they have taken 69.00 off of everyones lot rent for the water but they they replaced that deduction with a 54.00 rent increase AGAIN
Now we are supposed to pay a equal share of the total water and sewer bill without a meter. No Meter No Pay
