MHvillage has repeatedly violated Florida Statute 723 as they continue to ignore homeowners request for documents.During a rent increase Equity Lifestyle Properties must follow certain rules, one being giving residents a 90 day notice. Then they must have a 3rd party market assessment company evaluate the market value of said area to make their assessment.
We have the right to see what factual evidence they are presenting as a catalyst for another rent increase. In Pinellas County Equity Lifestyle Properties proposed rent increases are higher than a non MHvillage owned property but even worse is that they do not spend any money on the maintenance and infrastructure of their mobil home parks.
