Mobile Homeowners Unite

Mobile Homeowners across America are in jeopardy of being price out of their mobile home park by a real estate investment company Equity Lifestyle Properties. Mobil home owners living on Equity Lifestyle Properties have already seen the increases in rent and decrease in park amenities. They dont give us anything for the 900 dollars a month in lot rent and property tax , don’t forget we own our homes and this rent is just for the 1/20 th of an acre of sand. They changed landscape companies to save money and their horrible, our manager is only here 2 days a week because ELS has him managing 3 parks for the salary of one.
