Equity Lifestyle Properties are absentee landlords especially when their tenants need them the most. They are a real estate investment company with more lawyers than properties they own. Why ?? Because they wont do the right thing. They would rather tie things up in court cases for years than to do what they should have from the beginning.
They dont pay their vendors because as lawyers they have the mentality that it costs to much to sue us so lets see if we can stiff this guy. Perfect example is Florida Mowing company that they tried to stiff for 500k but they did sue and won. Read story below
