Equity Lifestyle Properties is a real estate investment company specializing in buying and running mobil home parks across the country and especially in Florida. Since their takeover mobil home owners throughout the state of Florida have been unsatisfied with their performance when it comes to maintaining the mobil home parks they own. They have raised rents continuously and have cut back on services and staff .

Everyone expects rent increases but increasing rent and cutting back on everything else is a double whammy. “Our mobil home park was a beautiful retirement community before they came in, we had at least two maintenance guys a full time manager and wonderful neighbors “ says Sandra from Clearwater but thats all gone.
