Hopefully some of you who invest with ELS dont have a mother or uncle living in one of their mobil home parks, because things are rough for them now. ElS has ruined communities that have been in place for decades. A lot of their mobil home communities flood on a regular basis and it’s directly due to LACK of maintenance. They do only what they have to , for example if there was a fire in clubhouse they would fix it but don’t expect anything more. I dont know if you investor’s in ELS know that the biggest chunk of Equity Lifestyle Properties portfolio is mobil home parks and there are a ton of them in Florida. Florida has been known for the retirement capital of the USA, where seniors could come and live a pretty decent life on their social security and this company is destroying that , so in my opinion and by definition, they are not a ethical investment company but there are a ton of companies that are. Say no to Equity Lifestyle Properties
