Mobile Homeowners Unite

So yesterday was Super Bowl Sunday and here at Down Yonder mobile home park in Largo Florida we had Zero going on. Down Yonder is advertised as a 55+ showcase community and we had nothing going on in our clubhouse for the game. Our DYCA says ELS has failed to give them the money for the events. There isn’t anything on our activities board and when we contacted some people in several other ELS owned mobile home parks they said the same thing. MHvillage is failing its residents on every level. If your looking to move into a mobile home park I suggest you stay away from any that are owned by MHvillage or Equity Lifestyle Properties
