MHvillage owned mobile home parks are the most expensive mobile home parks in Pinellas County. Residents of Equity Lifestyle Properties mobile home parks have been complaining about the lack of management , decrese in amenities and frequent increases in lot rent and utilities.
Homes are hard to sell in MHvillage mobile home parks because of the high cost of rent and utilities and homeowners feel like they are being held hostage. My home is worth 75,000 but I cant even get 60,000 right now because when buyers hear about the monthly cost to live hear, they leave. Im stuck here right now because Im not giving my home away but if your thinking of buying a mobile home all I can say is stay away from ELS.
