ELS or MHvillage up to no good once again in mobile home community. They are ripping off senior citizens across the country and showing big gains. Heres the deal they buy the land jack up the rents, take back amenities and run the mobile home park on a skeleton crew. We have 1 maintenance guy who does absolutely nothing but pick up branches and refill the doggie bag stands. We have zero amenities here in Florida and its the same story everywhere.
