If you live in one of Sam Zell owned mobile home parks then you already know your getting robbed by Equity Lifestyle Properties. We are taking our fight to them anyway we can. We finally got a law firm willing to take on a class action suit so we need your story, we need your photos and the name of the mobile home park you live in. This is going to be a long journey but its going to cost them a pretty penny our pennies

    I own my home and land at Pine Lakes Country a sister community of Lake Fairways in North Fort Myers, Florida. My complaints of poor maintenance and availability of amenities as well as staffing issues are the same as the lot renters. The lack of transparency and management communication is poor at all levels.

    My husband and I are home and land owners in Pine Lakes. My mother owns her home next door and has suffered by not being able to use the pool for so many, many weeks.
    Where do we sign up to join the class action?

    I live in Lake Fairways and the maintenance of the park keeps getting worse. The pool and spa have been shut down by the health department numerous times. It has been closed several days per year. Complaints from owners go unnoticed. Recently the manager of the park requested no more emails as he had over 500. Our restaurant has never opened since Ian and there was very little damage.
