We The People Getting Screwed By Equity Lifestyle Properties are spreading the word to all investors in Equity Lifestyle Properties, Equity Residential and MHvillage. You might be doing ok now but its not going to look so good in the future.

There’s a movement now, and its not going anywhere, in fact it picks up speed with every passing day. Started by a fed up mobile homeowner in Florida, Mobile Homeowners Against Equity Lifestyle Properties has been gaining statewide attention and bringing mobile homeowners together across the state and our goal is to reach everyone in every state, but lets work on Florida for the time being. It takes about 3 months to get solid recognition on the web and we’ve achieved that and its paying off. Equity Lifestyle Properties just got greedy.,They took advantage of Covid 19 and never looked back. Our park was supposed to get ADA compliant bathrooms in clubhouse but never happened and still hasnt so this company will lie to you til they are blue in the face. My personal story is what got me here and you can find it in one of my blogs. It was an experience that would have driven others to a mass shooting but I choose this method and its going to surprise them at the very least.

We are out to let every investor in Equity Lifestyle Properties, Equity Residential or any group of shell companies the do business under. They are slumlords, they are being sued by big law firms , their are thousands of complaints across the internet, groups and organizations have been formed to fight this company and to hopefully getvthe FBI involved because they violate civil rights on a daily basis.

Who do you think will be paying for these law suits? ELS wont win any of them. There is to much evidence and way to many complaints against them and I dont care how many lawyers they have. Who is going to pay for all the repairs to their deteriorating mobile home properties and 60 year old infrastructures ? Whats going to happen when we get change to the current legislation to protect mobile homeowners from predatory companies like ELS and then they are forced to make improvements. You the investor in Equity Lifestyle Properties or any company you invest in that invests with Equity Lifestyle Properties and or Equity Residential will be the ones taking the hit . Research the company and its founder and research my claims about the massive complaints, the past and ongoing lawsuits and the future ones that will come and make the decision that is best for you.
