Mobile homeowners against ELS is starting a Podcast that will be promoted by our new site Mobile Homeowners Unite . Org

The podcast title will be Davey vs Goliath mobile homeowners have rights too. Our new website will be Mobile Homeowners Unite . Org and will be live in a couple of months or as soon as I get my NPO license.

We as mobile homeowners fighting for our rights against big REIT companies like Equity Lifestyle Properties and others, must take the fight to them and do it the way they do it. I post every blog I write on dozens of investor sites that are known shareholders of Equity Lifestyle Properties NASDAQ ELS common stock. I also follow every board member of ELS through my LinkedIn account and all of my blogs are automatically shared with LinkedIn. I also share them with groups that are investors in REIT ( real estate investment trust ) companies because I want people to know about the slumlords that their money might be invested in. These are all tactics that havent gone unnoticed and the next step is to put our own lobbyists in place, possibly our own candidate for public office. There is no one fighting for us on the big stage , yes there are groups that exist like FMO and MHaction that advocate on our behalf and do whatever else they can but we need a bigger voice. Ive been in contact with Pinellas County councilman Chris Latvala about these issues. His background shows he holds mobile homeowners rights close to his heart but he needs to step up or step aside because we will put a candidate forward who’s priorities will be to bring forth new legislation to protect mobile homeowners from these predatory real estate investment companies. So I haven’t heard back from Mr Latvala since I sent the last email a few days ago.

So the moral of the story is that there are tons of ways to chop this company down to its knees and others like Equity Lifestyle Properties if we do it together.
