I live in Down Yonder Village mobile home park in Largo Florida. It is owned and operated by Equity Lifestyle Properties and MHvillage. Please read the advertisement below.

So let me start by saying it is not a showcase community. It is not a 55+ senior retirement community. The pools capacity is 23 people when there are 361 homes in here and each home probably has more than 1 resident. Out of the 23 person limit at pool we have 8 lounge chairs and 16 table chairs which are from the 80s or 90s. The lakefront property that they charge extra for is a retention muck pond and it floods over in summer after a heavy rain because of the muck only being a foot down from the surface. And there are little or no planned activities.,You’ll get a pancake breakfast once in awhile and there has been a New Years Eve party past couple of years but ELS doesn’t give the party planning committee enough money to do much of anything for 362 homes but they advertise all these activities going on. They are not and you will find the same situation at every one of their mobile home parks. As you will see in the next set of photos it is not a very well maintained property.

So take a look at the next set of photos. This is years of pine needles piling up and our buggy house and manor house look like shit

So this is our showcase community. The rent and utilities here are 930 to 980 a month if you have muck pond view. Please share your community complaints and photos anfd join our fight against Equity Lifestyle Properties and join us on Facebook @ We The People Getting Screwed By ELS
