That might be true because all they do is lie and steal from their communities,but the next statement is not. Their impressive track record providing high quality communities and housing options.

Equity Lifestyle Properties does nothing for its mobile homeowners or their communities. What they do is come in raise the rents as high as they can get away with and turn and walk away. They steal from the seniors who have the least and shame on Wells Fargo for promoting them. This is not my opinion only, there are thousands of complaints about this company about the way they treat their mobile homeowners and other owners who rent property Equity Lifestyle Properties own

Wells Fargo investors need to know the type of companies they promote or even have ties with. Go on the internet and search for complaints against ELS or lawsuits against ELS. You may not hear much on the news but you’ll find thousands of complaints of how they have ruined the mobile home communities they claim they bought to rehabilitate. The fact of the matter is Equity Lifestyle Properties do nothing but pillage every senior in every mobile home park they own and do nothing to enhance their communities in any way.

    In North Fort Myers Florida, the communities Lake Fairways and Pine Lakes golf communities 24 hr manned gate security were in excellent condition when ELS purchased the properties. The communities have gone downhill in every way. Necessary maintenance Vendors are not paid, managers come and go, no improvements on their watch, upkeep in the maintenance needed for the property amenities, in example, hot tubs and pools in both communities. Board of health has closed the oools several times recently “no pool chlorine” pool water cold and cloudy, etc. most elderly residents need this pool. Hot tub for their therapy , people and stock investors need to do their actual research on the company. Residents feel ELS is nothing but “slumlords” raising lot rents and fees, yet ignoring proper upkeep for communities of this size. Several other properties are screaming the same issues with ELS.
    The Board of Health would Never close our pools before ELS! There is so many other ongoing issues with the company. Look up “We The People” on ELS – before investing!! Residents are so disappointed in the lack of pride and respect ELS CORP. has for their tremendous source of incomes.

    North Fort Myers Florida, “Lake Fairways and Pine Lakes” communities were fine communities prior the purchase by ELS Corp. Since that purchase the communities quality of life has rapidly declined. Residents feel as ELS Corp is as “slumlords” raising lot rents and fees drastically then not paying vendors on time. Board of Health now frequently closes the pools/hot tubs. “We the People” is showing properties all over the country are rising up to ELS with similar inexcusable issues. Stock market numbers for EKS Corp do not reflect what could be coming .
