If you live in a mobile home park anywhere in the US its time to join us We the people getting screwed by ELS on Facebook. In Florida we are gearing up for the biggest fight of our life against Equity Lifestyle Properties which is a real estate investment trust that owns a large percentage of the mobile home parks in our part of the country but they are not the only ones. If your getting bullied or feel you are being mistreated in your community by the property owner then its time to join us NOW !

MHvillage which are owned by ELS and manage the mobile home parks are absentee landlords and they are pushing the boundaries of the law across the state of Florida and everywhere else they operate. Mobile homeowners against ELS are going to change that. Maybe not today or tomorrow but eventually someone will listen.

We have set up a group page on Facebook we have a website and a blog page and a Facebook page where we boost our blogs with paid campaigns. Right now we are targeting the audience of ELS investors. Last week it was Vanguard group one of the biggest shareholders of NASDAQ ELS common stock. Were not threatening them in any way shape or form but we are targeting the people who invest their money in the company that invests with Equity Lifestyle Properties. People need to know how their investment is affecting others and in our case the others are the entire mobile home community across the US.

Next week our target is the Fidelity Investment audience and the Department of Justice. Yes when you start a boosted advertising campaign you can actually choose the target audience if they have a category for it and the DOJ community is there. Were also working on a huge report that we will submit to the FBI with a years worth of investigative journals , testimony and photos taken from over 100 mobile home parks across Florida owned by Equity Lifestyle Properties.

We are gathering in Tallahassee in the coming months on the steps of the DPBR ( department of professional and business regulations ) and the Governor’s office because we need new legislation that will protect the mobile home community from these predatory investment companies. As of February 1 2023 we have 3 additional authors on our blog site which means more blogs per day which means quicker recognition on the web. Our blog just started 68 days ago and we can already see the exposure they are getting. When you search any of ELS or MHvillage pages you will see our posts right under their site. We actually posted right on their site until we were blocked and although we could easily continue this until they block every one of our members, but we dont need to ,and once you are blocked it pretty much means they dont like your content and thats a win for us. Weve posted on all of their investor sites and yes some have blocked us but surprisingly not all and a couple are actually subscribed to our blog. We’re doing things differently then anyone has before. Eventually a class action law firm is going to represent us. There have already been a couple that have asked about our story and what we have collected so far and thats exactly what this movement is intended for but until then we will continue to educate the entire social world about the bad business practices of Equity Lifestyle Properties and with each passing day the web crawlers come to our site more and more to see the next blog post.
