They are nothing but crooks hiding behind a public traded company but the skeletons will come out of the closet soon. Lawsuits have reached an all time high against Equity Lifestyle Properties in the past few years and its only the beginning. Equity Lifestyle Properties have purchased many more mobil home park in our country along with RV parks campgrounds and marinas and they show big quarterly numbers but its at the expense of their renters. They have raised rents, decreased amenities, cut back on staff and downgraded most of the 55+ mobil home retirement communities to age qualified without any regard to the people who live there and now have to try to enjoy their retirement with children running around.
The lawsuits for Equity Lifestyle Properties are stacking up and will continue because people have had enough and in todays social media world , word gets around.
Equity Lifestyle Properties can easily do the right thing by the homeowners who rent their property and still make millions but they choose not to because of Greed.
