One of these tactics is making new homeowners sign a waiver thats not in the park prospectus that holds them responsible for any trees on the property that they are renting. Since Florida 723 states that tree maintenance and removal is the responsibility of the land owners how do they get away with this . The answer is simple. Equity Lifestyle Properties and MHvillage wont allow you to take possession of the home you just purchased until you sign this waiver.
