Homeowners against Equity Lifestyle Properties has made contact with every mobile home park ELS owns and the feedback is not good

Mobile homeowners unite .org along with We the people getting screwed by ELS and others have finally visited every mobile home park in the United States owned by Equity Lifestyle Properties and the results are the same from every one. Slumlords is the word we hear most.

We have been very busy this past year and the feedback from residents has been overwhelming. Everyone has the same complaints. Increased lot rents and lack of improvements comes in at number one but interestingly retaliation from management comes in at number two. For the past year we have accumulated hundreds of complaints and photos and everything else you can imagine and I am constantly hearing why dont we sue them ? Well that is coming but you need to be prepared for a lawsuit of this magnitude, which is why we collect evidence and then send it to other third parties to see if there are civil rights violations or 723 violations and securities violations etc and what we have accumulated will make your head spin. I have already been offered a substantial amount of money from a law firm for the rights to mobile homeowners unite.org and all the information I have collected about Equity Lifestyle Properties but I had a agreement with Sam Zell just before he died and have no idea if anyone in the company knows the details so I have to wait right now and see if someone in the company come forth to make good on that agreement before I make a move. We have the evidence we have the support and we just surpassed 20,000 subscribers to this blog so stay tuned and join We the people getting screwed by Equity Lifestyle Properties on Facebook

    Who is the author of this email with the personal?? Sam Zell agreement??
    The deterioration of the communities is disgusting. Our beautiful ponds/lakes still have hurricane debris 9 months later, and algae bloom forming for lack of maintenance. Dead/ damaged Trees, stumps etc still around the properties! The answer comeback “work orders have been written”.. plus 55+ community has far too many “others”! 24hour manned security that is contracted – is not. And far more issues We The People thruout ELS properties deserve the best care we were proposed in writing and are expected to comply, already Paying dearly for. We want action not perhaps promises sooner.

    No pool no golf course,no party room. Takes things from residents etc

    Help started our Resident association here in lake Elmo Minnesota els equity life style owns the property but we are managered by a reckless company.

      Well thats your opinion but I have screenshots of our entire conversation which took place several months ago before he died. The conversation took place on Facebook messenger and then I was asked to take the conversation to Google chats which I did. Is it possible someone else was managing his personal facebook page?? Absolutely so I cannot say for sure it was Sam Zelle himself but when I presented the intentions of this blog and our group page and our podcast , thats when the financial compensation to stop started coming. Unfortunately I cannot attach some of the messenger screenshots to this message but I can certainly share some of them in a email. Then a couple months ago our regional manager called me directly and said what we are doing is killing ELS on social media and wanted to know what it will take to make it stop but after I told him ( Doug Jefferies) ELS regional manager Tampa , I never heard back
