Equity Lifestyle Properties is a pretty big REIT whos portfolio includes a vast amount of mobile home parks in the country and especially Florida.

Investment firms like T.Rowe price, SSGA mutual funds, Fidelity, Vanguard , and Wells Fargo are all investors in Equity Lifestyle Properties and so they too are responsible for what Els is doing to seniors in its mobile home communities . Communities in North Ft Myers have dozens of complaints going unanswered while they continue to pay their already over inflated lot rents which have gone up twice already since Ian came through.

This company pillages the mobile home parks, spends little or no money on the property and they maliciously prey on the senior communities in Florida because, well because they can. This company has ruined once beautiful senior citizen communities all across Florida. Dont listen to me, just go online and Google Equity Lifestyle Properties complaints and you can see for yourself. Equity Residential or Equity Lifestyle Properties cant get away with this in the other sectors of their property holdings because others wont stand for it so they pillage and take from the mobile homeowners particularly seniors who cant fight back.

Know what your investing in. Would you invest in unethical companies if you knew you would make money ?? If the answer is Yes then your not the person we are trying to reach, but there are millions of people who Do care about how their investment is being used. If your investing with companies like Fidelity or Vanguard or Black Rock then you are investing in Equity Lifestyle Properties and your money is going to be used to buy more properties that they can pillage.

Equity Lifestyle Properties just take take take from their communities. They have turned once 55+ retirement communities into all ages and the amenities have been widdled down to nothing. They raise the rents and utilities while giving zero back to their communities. I follow ELS on every one of their pages, show me one community that is like the communities in their advertising and I’ll show you Heaven Show me one article that talks about their mobile home communities ( which by the way account for close to half of the companies earnings) and I will take you to Heaven. They dont exist because ELS does not care about anything but maximum profit.
