Equity Lifestyle Properties is a real estate trust company that invests in mobile home parks primarily but owns other real estate holdings as well. While seniors are being forced out of their homes because they can no longer afford the high lot rents Mrs Nader has bestowed upon them she is on her way to the bank to cash another million dollar check.

Its embarrassing to even read that a single individual earns 4 million dollars a year period, never mind that a large portion of that does come from a majority of people who don’t have much at all, the senior citizens of the united states that live in mobile homes.

I will bet that Marguerite Naders Mom doesn’t live in a mobile home and will never have to worry about making rent. Its very sad to see what has been going on in this industry and the followers that have jumped on the ban wagon after Sam Zelle the gravedigger started investing in mobile home parks. Now we have everyone and their mother trying to scoop up the remainder of the privately owned mobile home parks so they too can rape and pillage the senior citizen sector.
