Mobile Homeowners Unite

Here is a message I received from a resident whose name I got permission to add to this post. Linda Radnour of Pine Lakes North Fort Meyers writes

The deterioration of the communities is disgusting. Our beautiful ponds/lakes still have hurricane debris 9 months later, and algae bloom forming for lack of maintenance. Dead/ damaged Trees, stumps etc still around the properties! The answer comeback “work orders have been written”.. plus 55+ community has far too many “others”! 24hour manned security that is contracted – is not. And far more issues We The People thruout ELS properties deserve the best care we were proposed in writing and are expected to comply, already Paying dearly for. We want action not perhaps promises sooner.

This is just another story you can add to the dozens already posted about ELS and the rest of these REITs buying up mobile homes and raising the rents while cutting back on everything else.

We as homeowners leasing the land are getting robbed by these companies, especially Equity Lifestyle Properties but fear not, Change is coming
