Marguerite Nader made 4 million plus last year and gave herself a bonus since mobile home lot increases doubled in 2023. Here is a peek at some of the salaries being paid to the very members that are putting your grandparents on the street and paying their investors a 2 dollar and change dividend annually. Even the companies that invest their clients money in ELS make a shit load more than 2 bucks a share annually. Say no to this horrible company

The companies you see above own more than 50 % of all real estate in the United States and other countries as well and they want to own it all. Next time you want to do something with extra money you should consider hiding it in your mattress because if you give it to ELS or any company that invests with equity lifestyle properties your almost guaranteeing that your future as a senior citizen will be in jeopardy
