ELS damage report from Hurricane Milton

To make a statement that their properties did not sustain much damage is a slap in the face to the thousands that are homeless right now. Our community is worthless right now. Homeowners trying to sell won’t be able to now the way our park looks. We all know this was a natural disaster and rebuilding takes time but we the homeowners living on Equity Lifestyle Properties will be monitoring progress closely , but make no mistake about it hurricane Milton has done a tremendous amount of damage to all of ELS mobile home parks . Down Yonder shuffle board courts looks like a lot of damage to me
Total loss Down Yonder Village Largo Florida
Another fallen tree that the renter will have to pay for
Another lost car port

Largo Florida has been hit hard and there are a dozen homes in Down Yonder Village that are heavily damaged and another dozen with missing roofs but thats not ELSs problem so they make a statement saying not much damage to common areas, they don’t mention the hundreds of trees on the property that fell because they force residents to pay for the trees on the lot they rent ,so thats not a concern for them either Please join our Facebook group We the people getting screwed by Equity lifestyle properties
