Equity Lifestyle properties are by far the worst. How do I know this ?? I have groups and we take polls from residents from each of the REITs properties and compare.

Equity Lifestyle properties has filed the most evictions in the last 3 years, its public record. They dont waste a single second. If your rent is not paid by the 11th you’ll get an eviction notice. They must get a group rate because they are all in when it comes to evictions .

They are hoping you dont show or move out before the eviction hearing so they can steal your home from you. They are putting seniors out to the curb by the dozens, raising the rents higher than what the homeowners can afford because they already know how much the individual’s make. Thats the Datacomp issue that will soon come to fruition, how all these companies conspired to steal your financial information by buying the company that collected it. Savvy aren’t they but we’re going to change that
