Today is February 21st and it was 42 degrees when I walked to my car. As Im getting in I notice a piece of paper taped to my front door. I open it and its a 30 day compliance notice to pressure wash my home. I have one of the cleanest and well kept properties in Down Yonder Village in Largo Florida owned by ELS. my house has been power washed twice a year every year since I’ve lived here, and in my opinion there is nothing wrong with it except a few hanging roof trim pieces from the hurricane which we are still waiting on the roofer to repair.
Im not about to pull out my washer today tomorrow or even next week based on the weather. Why not send these out in April when we know the weather will be cooperative. Not for nothing but there are many common areas in our park that can use a pressure washer 2 years ago but I guess it doesn’t mean they need to pressure wash their areas, just us.
I have requested a meeting with management at my home so they can point out why they think my house needs pressure washing
