Equity Lifestyle Properties dba myMHcommunity pricing senior citizens out of their mobile homes with excessive lot rent hikes and decreased inclusions and massive bonuses for upper management.

If you were living in a mobile home in 2020 then you have seen the frequent lot rent increases that have taken place since. My lot rent was 644.00 when I moved in in May 2021 and it had just gone up when I moved in, and now its 1020.00 and that does include lawn trash and water but water is charged separately and is no longer included. Either is cable

All of these amenities are included in the cost of a typical condominium HOA fee which is averaging around 500.00 per month in Florida yet we pay twice as much with less inclusions. Why ??? We own out homes too so why does this multi billion dollar company get away with this.

The CEO Marguerite Nader makes approximately 4 million a year and that money comes directly from Senior Citizens.

It wont be long until something changes. We dont have water meters yet we are billed each month for water usage. We cant write a check anymore to pay the rent and their managers are some of the most disrespectful people you will find.
