You don’t have to be a nasty person to be a landlord and a landlord doesn’t have to be nasty to their tenants but Equity Lifestyle Properties are both.

Too many mobile home owners living under the iron fist of Equity lifestyle properties and their Nazi like rules are coming forward in the Facebook group We the people getting screwed by equity lifestyle properties. It seems to be the norm these days to talk to people like they are third class citizens but these third class citizens are paying upwards of 1200.00 and some more to live in a house they own outright. We are sick of being disrespected and talked down to. Your managers are third class citizens and have no business being a manager of a property where people skills are required and they have none

With over 2700 group members all living in mobile home parks owned by Equity lifestyle properties not one person has anything good to say about management, and thats a problem.

We have been talking with a class action law firm for some time now about what we as residents see as violations of our basic civil rights but as of yet they haven’t raised the eyebrows of our attorney until now.

We can definitely file a class action civil suit for violating our basic civil rights. Civil rights are more than race discrimination it covers our basic human rights listed in the Bill of Rights, and Equity Lifestyle Properties violates our basic rights on a daily basis.

We pay your salary Doug Jefferies and Robert Kelsey and we pay your investors the quarterly dividends they all make Tom Waite, and we certainly have a lot to do with the 4 million dollar salary Marguerite Nader the CEO of Equity Lifestyle Properties made last year, so stop disrespecting the people who feed you because an uprising is coming and its coming soon.

You need to document every time you are disrespected by an ELS employee , take video, put your phone on record before you walk into the office or before you are going to have a conversation with any ELS employee. We are going to sue this company, its just a matter of having enough evidence of a crime so stay vigilant everyone, a new reckoning is coming.
