Equity lifestyle properties otherwise known as ELS otherwise known as MH Village otherwise known as my MH community , why don’t you think they use their corporate name in any of their advertising because they are the biggest slumlords when it comes to the mobile home sector. The properties they own are old rundown, and in desperate need of new infrastructure’s. All they have done since they purchased many of these properties is raise the rent cut back on amenities and fill their pockets with your money.

Most of the mobile home communities equity lifestyle property owns are 50+ years old most have galvanized piping in the ground that feeds the water to your home galvanized piping has every time they shut the water off to make a repair. All kinds of crap comes out of your faucet when they turn it back on, because galvanize water lines rot from the inside out.

I was duped into purchasing a home in one of their properties and I can easily get out if I wanna sell my home for half the amount of money I have into it. I chose to go a different route. I chose to let every person out there know about this company And how they should stay far far away.
