Equity lifestyle properties has frequently raised mobile home park lot rents over the past five years, so much so that they have become twice the amount of what a condominium HOA fee is.
Why are mobile homeowners paying twice as much as a condominium owners for HOA fees ?? I have no idea why. We don’t get nearly the amenities as a condominium association yet we pay twice as much for less.
The DPBR has a totally different set of rules for condos and the difference is huge. We are being held hostage and forced to stay where we are because there are few options
