I moved to Southern Palm 2 years ago purchasing a home that was already in place and cannot be moved lot rent was $575 then increased to $595. No problem right..then without notice they increased my rent to a daily chg but I am a monthly rental so I was given a bill for $1028 for a month which just so happens to be within $50 of my SSDI disability check my only source of income. Of course being a single parent I cannot afford that. So I cdd as called to talk to landlord and in a three minute conversation she told me to move to an apt and leave my home at least 7 times. Told me I had three days to leave. One week after I moved here I started Having notices put on my door with complaints about the stuff outside while I was moving in boxes being left out there while I sorted through things, then notices about a car I bought for my daughter that I got from across the other side of the mobile home park but my daughter didn’t have a license yet but I bought it cause it was a good deal and I had it sitting in my driveway and it was a nice car. They told me I had to move it or get it all off the plate put on it which would require me to get insurance for a 15-year-old girl which would be too high on my disability so I had to move it to somebody else’s property. Then last summer they stopped mowing my grass every time they did everybody else’s. They only mowed it every other time. Now they’re doing it again this summer, their trashcan I’m disabled I’m not supposed to lift more than 2 pounds. I cannot even lift my garbage in there, but they won’t pick up any garbage not even the leaves they came and told me I had to buy a lawnmower and a weedeater and blower in order to keep my lawn straight but nobody else has to. So I of course complained and wrote a letter and then I copied the Management in it and then I didn’t hear anything for six months but then again today I received an eviction notice, again. So now I am Write a letter a letter of response to send to the court and I’m gonna try to fight this on my own but I’ve had a spinal surgeries can’t stand up and it’s a hassle to even get out of my home but I have to because I have a kid here that it is still staying with me. I would certainly love somebody to help me because I don’t have a lawyer and I can’t afford one. Is there anybody that you could recommend that might help me out I have all the back up from everything and I have the proof and everything I mean so I know what I mean. I might be a good person for you to take onto please please let me know.
