Why is Equity Lifestyle Properties charging its mobile homeowners upwards of 75 dollars a month for water when other mobile home parks in the area are averaging 17 to 20 dollars a month.

Equity Lifestyle Properties have been billing their mobile homeowners for water without a meter since the new year. Our water was included in our lot rent but now its not. I visited 23 mobile home parks this week and found that the average water bill was 20 bucks. Some lower some higher depending on their usage but most of the parks I went to had meters. Equity Lifestyle Properties lot rents are averaging 930.00 when others are 715 – 740 . So why is Equity lifestyle properties charging 75.00 a month for water utilities??
