Mobile Homeowners renting land from Equity Lifestyle Properties must take a stand NOW. Join us on Facebook: We The People Getting Screwed By Equity Lifestyle Properties

If you live in one of Sam Zell owned mobile home parks then you already know your getting robbed by Equity Lifestyle Properties. We are taking our fight to them anyway we can. We finally got a law firm willing to take on a class action suit so we need your story, we need your photos and the name of the mobile home park you live in. This is going to be a long journey but its going to cost them a pretty penny our pennies

      2. Yeah Mike’s in my group. Its not FeganScot. I talked with then extensively and they took a lot of info and documents but said they couldn’t do anything until the Heritage case was over but said to hold on to all of our documents Then someone else came along and joined the group and then said they would be interested to see what we could provide and thats where we are at now but ELS has been in our park last couple weeks doing a lot of work new pool furniture new dumpster area etc. We dont have a punitive damages case no damage to homes like heritage just lack of anything from ELS and high lot rent 980.00

      4. Oh then thats what we are going for as well. There was one park that FeganScot represented for damages to homes due to storm water system flooding park I thought it was Heritage Plantation. We have a bad storm drain system here. Our park floods after heavy rain but so far only a few have had damage but mostly from the idiots flying through the water and pushing it under homes so yes that in itself is breach of contract as well but they’re failing their contract on a bunch of levels

We lived in Buccaneer Estates in N Ft Myers. Our home was damaged beyond repair in Ian. When discussing it with the manager we were told we would not need to pay November rent and would get back October rent if we gave them our title. We were also told that by giving them title we would get $5000.00. We did so only to be followed in a few days with a collection notice for November rent and December rent. I replied at once to the collection company with all my information. To date we have not received anything but a verbal that there isn’t any collection action on us. Nor have we received the October refund or the $5000. The manager is very rude to the homeowners. Many have no idea how to pay rent on line. They make it almost impossible to pay the rent bill. The rent isn’t accepted if it isn’t from an account with homeowner. If that happens the homeowner is then faced with eviction. Wrong in so many ways.
The community is expanding and there is a lot of dust in the air so now both pools and the hot tub is closed. One pool hasn’t been open for 6months with no adjustment in rent costs. Gates into the park do not operate but advertised as a gated community.

  5. Since you have a lease you can go to civil court ( landlord tenant ) and file for return
Of your money from ELS , it is setup that
    You don’t need a atty .
Get all your documents and emails together
And go file , whichever ELS office oversees
Your property should be added under the property managers office I think
