Not a single phone call or message from the office as a courtesy reminder for a 30 year resident who has always paid their rent. Not a knock on the door from management to make sure everything was ok with their long time resident, after all a company like Equity Lifestyle Properties cares about their homeowners. Instead a threatening letter right out of the gate. The lot rent in this case was late but it was no fault of the homeowners and it should have been handled differently especially considering the years the homeowner has been here.

This is how your grandma or retired uncle in Florida are being treated by Equity Lifestyle Properties. It is borderline violations of our civil rights . We pay a lot of money for a small patch of dirt and our communities are advertised as paradise but they are far from it.
