ELS is a REIT investment company with mobile home parks being their number one commodity. For the past decade Equity Lifestyle Properties have been buying every mobile home park that they can get their hands on. They have ruined many once beautiful mobile home communities by changing the age qualifications at will, and lack of any community support from management. MHvillage also an Equity Lifestyle Properties owned DBA manages the thousands of properties ELS ownes and they are absentee landlords. There is very little funding for community events, pool furniture is outdated , landscaping around common areas is embarrassing and our events board is empty other than a pancake breakfast that you can get at any campgrounds for free. Seniors are being forced out due to frequent rent increases and frequent decreases in quality management, amenities and community maintenance. Don’t believe me just Google Equity Lifestyle Properties complaints and you’ll be up all night. They have done very little for their mobile homeowners suffering from hurricane Ian and the thousands being charged 980.00 a month for a plot of dirt the size of a trailer. Without mobile home parks and the thousands of seniors who are being pillaged from ELS your stock is worthless.
