They made a fortune, they are making a fortune, they have raised the lot rents considerably and frequently over the last few years and have put zero back into their properties. Billing residents for amenities that were once included, billing for water without individual meters , Advertising as showcase senior retirement communities yet dont have a single property that is fully ADA compliant. They want to tell every resident how to keep their property but dont take care of their own
