We’re going to call May 2024 Save a Senior Citizen month. Lets all do our part and stop investing in companies who pillage , abuse, try to control , and flat out take advantage of the even less fortunate senior citizens throughout Florida and across our great nation . Equity Lifestyle Properties also doing business under my MH Community, MHvillage , MHC or the one we all know ELS is exactly one of these companies. Operating out of Chicago Illinois Equity Lifestyle Properties snuck in under the radar during Covid 19 while hundreds of senior citizens were dying every day in Florida, this company stole millions from the poorest of the poor, senior citizens living on social security in a mobile home parks across Florida just trying to survive. They started raising lot rents, they changed the entire format of the traditional mobile home park lot rent fees and the amenities that used to be included and started making everything ala carte.

During this time period they raised the lot rents, took away amenities, did zero capital improvements and bullied people into signing documents or they would be denied to move in.

Listen, Equity Lifestyle Properties want to strip you of your rights, they dont want senior citizens on social security as tenants which is clear for everyone to see and they are the biggest hypocrite’s you’ll find.

They pick apart your life before deciding if they will allow you in, all the whilst the person checking your background could quite be a felon themselves . All Im going to say is May 2024 is Save A Senior Citizen month.

Say no to big REIT companies like Equity Lifestyle Properties who target these vulnerable human beings that are just trying to get by and Say No to companies that invest with Equity Lifestyle Properties like Wells Fargo, and Vanguard and Fidelity Investments and Blackrock and remember your parents are going to be seniors some day and so will you, Do you want a company like this controlling your life, stealing your hard earned money and then bragging about it. I say no and you should too
