Mobile homeowners across the country but especially in Florida are being raped and pillaged financially from crooked thieves called REITs or Real Estate Investment Trusts. Equity lifestyle properties otherwise known as ELS or myMH community is probably one of the worst , but every one of them are all following suit and imposing Nazi like rules and regulations upon senior citizens living in mobile home parks across Florida that cant fight for themselves . These real estate investment trust companies are financed by even bigger companies like Blackrock Vanguard and Wells Fargo to name a few who have been pouring millions of their investors money into companies that invest in buying and managing mobile home parks. Is there that much profit to be made investing in trailer homes that old ladies living on social security reside in ? The answer is a big Yes.

Targeting senior citizens living in mobile home parks across Florida was a no brainer for real estate mogul and the founder of Equity Lifestyle Properties Sam Zelle.
