Hundreds have been coming forward and sharing their stories about retaliation from Equity Lifestyle Properties managers when a homeowner complains about something. A few weeks back Mobile homeowners unite . Org asked mobile homeowners who feel they have been retaliated against to come forward, and they did , by the hundreds.

This is not an isolated situation, the reason we asked for people to come forward was because we were hearing small bits and pieces about mobile home park management retaliation. Now we have something to take to a law firm. I have have reached out to Equity Lifestyle Properties corporate office once again and have gotten no reply and no return call as it’s been since I started this. You would think after their almighty leader passed away a couple weeks ago that they might change their ways but doesn’t look like it so we keep fighting and keep collecting evidence against this horrible property owners.

Our anonymous portal for these complaints of retaliation will be open until June 1st at which time we will start seeking legal council. We have had many law firms come calling with promises of victory if they sue fir breach of contract but so far none have offered their services on a contingency basis but dont worry we will find someone.     ELS is not allowing us at Lake Fairways in North Fort Myers to use our checking accounts to pay for lot rent.

    ELS is wanting us to sign into a portal ,they have for payments. Many do not have computer knowledge or a computer. Our prospective states that lot rent be paid n by cash, check. They are trying to by pass the prospective.

    Cash and Check are legal tender are they not. People are getting their checks returned. We are not allowed to bring a check to office, it is being refused. Returned recite mailed are returned or called to pick up.

    we no longer live in buccaneer estates in n ft Myers FL because els pushed us out requiring hurricane repairs we could not afford while they are adding 200+ lots to the park. Dump trucks speeding up and down the streets at all hours. Cops could do nothing because it’s private property and mgmt did not carw
