Stay away from Country Place Village! Leasing the land but owning the mobile home is ridiculous! Once you’re in you can’t get out! If you want to leave the community, they won’t let you take your home and you still have to pay the lot rent which is ridiculously high. They offer no utilities, you have to pay their trash removal and stormwater runoff. The perspectous clearly states it’s included in your monthly lot rent, however, you get a bill in January for it! This property has just started flooding! We all know, they won’t do anything to correct it!
