Equity lifestyle properties are a real estate investment trust out of Chicago that own a large portfolio of mobile home parks, marinas and campgrounds across the country. What they dont have is a website where mobile homeowners and other patrons of their properties can leave a review. Now there is

MyMHcommunityreviews.com will be that site where anyone living on ELS property or visiting one of their marinas can now leave a review

    I live in Emerald Lake in Punta Gorda Fl. We lost all our street lighting two years ago due to hurricane Ian. ELS refused to repair or replace them. We won against them in Code Compliance Court and they were ordered to fix or replace by a certain date or be fined 250.00 a day. They keep going back to court and getting stays. We are in the dark for two years.

    Font even go to BI office any more. They are unresponsive at best. HOA TRIES and urges people to “not complain so much.”
