Equity Lifestyle Properties or ELS advertise under the name My mhcommunity or mymhcommunity.com. They used to advertise under mhvillage but now its mymhcommunity , which stands for My mobile home community.

The name may have changed but the problems in mymhcommunity remain the same as they were when it was Mhvillage, so why is that?? It’s because the owners remain the same. ELS or Equity Lifestyle Properties are the owners and they are the slumlords of the Mobile Home Communities in Florida, make no mistake about that

Say no to anything you find for sale under their listing or you will be sorry . You will never see the name Equity Lifestyle Properties on any of their advertising because they dont want you to know who they are.

Please do your homework and research the property owners before you make a purchase, and if you see ELS , Equity Lifestyle Properties or Equity Residential, run as fast as you can

    I live in one. Why would you want to slam the owners of the double wides so we can’t sell our homes? Did I misunderstand your note?
