Water being turned off constantly is huge problem in mobile home parks owned by ELS, Stay far away fromMyMHcommunity

Water is shut off several times a week sometimes for hours and we can’t do anything about because we have no meters and they control the water. I don’t know if any of ELS owned mobile home parks have meters but this post will answer that. This also creates a problem with our water bills as we have to accept the bill they give us which is supposed to be divided equally between all residents whether you live here year round or not, but ELS doesn’t pay one cent of that water bills anymore since they took it away from the base lot rent in which it used to be included, but they run the shit out of the sprinkler system when they are trying to sell one of their homes and we are under water restrictions here in Pinellas County. So since I posted the last blog, they have shut the sprinkler off but this is how they operate. They will try and get away with anything that they can until somebody calls them out.

I have documented every day the water has been shut off and for how long for 4 years now just waiting for a law firm to come along and say enough is enough, lets take these pricks to court. Not yet though but it is coming

In the meantime I would tell anyone looking for a mobile home to stay far away from mobile home parks owned by ELS. Im sure others have their issues too but I don’t care about others I care about the park I live in
